Involves close coordination with customer planning and inventory departments and Flowserve facilities worldwide. Preparation of SPIR, Drawings, BOM, Type 2 drawings, part list and maintaining the records. Capture all upgrades and replacements in IPOP or similar Flowserve inventory management system Maintain stock / inventory in Flowserve Qatar Preparation of Purchase Orders and expediting Responsible for invoice, packing list and all commercial documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods in Qatar    Responsible for receiving shipments and perform physical inspection of material against shipping documents. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to Buyer / Accounting for reimbursements and record keeping. Communicate with factories for wrong supply / missing items.  Perform marking / labeling of materials before storage and packing of small shipments.  Co-ordinate with QA/QC for Inspection of spare parts, final packing and shipment to customers.  Assist and supervise loading and unloading shipments.  Control and maintain stock items for fast track orders.  Maintain backlog register and submit monthly report showing on-time delivery performance, opportunities, concerns, risks and challenges.  Report after-sales issues, if any, to workshop / after-market supervisor and concerned Area Sales Manager / Engineer.  Ensure all documentation available for inventory during audits.  Preferences Locally available candidates Position Requirements Education qualification: Technical Qualification, diploma in Engineering or equivalent Valid driving license and car driving license (preferred) Experience in Microsoft Software and ERP tools (ORACLE, SAP, etc...) Good in written and verbal communications in English
