- Introducing the Range of products with new clients, Sales and business development of the products in technical & commercial fronts.
- Projects enquiry generation from Consultants, Contractors, Architects and Dealers.
- Unit selections based on Equipment’s schedule & Project Specifications within UAE
- Making visit plans and traveling to explore business opportunities in new and untapped territories.
- Follow up with customer & attending various techno commercial meeting with customers till finalization of quotation.
- Preparing technical submittal documents for consultant approval to accept product line up. Energy analysis of the products selected.
- Promoting the HVAC Unitary products & VRF system to end customers, consultants, contractors & architects for their upcoming projects & requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Dealers, Consultant & MEP Contractors throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepartion of prosal for the equipment and preparing the BOQ for the equipment/material to be used in execution, technical submission based on tender requirement. Providing optimum solution with the best cost and efficiency.
- Providing Technical Compliance statement or highlight if any deviations according to requirement of specifications of project.
- Responsible to do research and analysis of different marketing intelligence forms is aimed to increase market share and strengthen the position of representing brand.
- To update proper forecast and booking to Marketing for future strategy.
- Identifying cross selling opportunities.
- Carrying out technical and financial evaluation of projects.
- Responsible for Order processing.
