- Selection of ELV products like Lighting, BMS sytem, AV system etc through product selection software
- Conduct sales & marketing for the equipment includes planning, organizing, forecasting and reporting sales activity to the manager
- Following up with the customer and attending technical meetings at site.
- Resposnible to attend various client's issues and offer most optimum solution to the clients
- Ensure repeat business from the clients by maintaining healthy relations with each client.
- Provide optimum support to the customer during installation and commissioning
- Responsible for ensuring the approval of material submittal from the consultant
- Assisting procurement to timely procure the material to avoid delay
- Coordinate with principals on special design request per project specification and other technical issues.
- Assisting consultant/ contractor at the design/ tender stage.
- Working with consultant to get new products specified in the tender documents.
